I help you work through difficult emotions using the body-oriented and relational approaches of Gestalt therapy. Being with these emotions in the safety of the therapeutic space, will create transformation that increases your ability to live fully in the present moment. My therapeutic approach is to help you explore and make meaning of your experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment that promotes greater self-acceptance. I work with individuals - adults and adolescents - couples and groups.
