Hello, I’m Emma (she/her)
It’s nice to e-meet you! I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about food, eating, nutrition, and health, especially the eating part.
My mission is to support you to find a way of eating that:

• Improves your overall health
• Addresses any gut issues and gets you back to living your best life
• Improves your blood test results
• Prevents you from ending up in a hospital
• Brings you back to your body, and is intuitive, natural, and uncomplicated

I provide a personalised evidence-based approach to dietetic healthcare that considers the whole person. I use the latest evidence in nutrition science to support the prevention and management of chronic disease, gut issues, eating disorders, and other health concerns.

I know that every person with support, knowledge, and skills can learn to feed their body in an enjoyable way that improves their health. Eating makes up such a large part of our lives and should be filled with delicious food, that nourishes the body and mind and is free from unhelpful thoughts and emotions.

I work with all people and offer an inclusive space that welcomes people of all backgrounds, cultures, languages, colours, genders, sexualities, bodies, shapes, sizes, mental health statuses, disabilities, and abilities to discuss their nutrition and food concerns.
