We specialize in mental health and psychosocial wellbeing and offer individual, group, and relationship interventions for fast results.

Our Disability Support Workers work in collaboration with the mental health practitioner to support the process of change!

Our popular Change360 Program is unique to us and is designed to fast-track changes for people with disabilities and their families. Often, parents and siblings are challenged living with a person with a disability. Hence, we make sure that they are more comfortable within themselves and have the know-how to best live with a person who has a disability.

We cover autism, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia, forgetfulness, sexual abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, addiction, grief, self- harm, domestic violence, anger, thoughts of suicide, lack of communication/discipline/confidence/social/life skills, and help you move forward!
