Elora Digital, Box Hill North, VIC

Elora Digital is a small software studio based in Box Hill North, in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The studio is run by two founders, and the people you speak to on the first call are the same people who plan, design and write the code for your project. There are no account managers or outsourced developers between you and the work.

We build custom web applications, client portals, mobile apps, minimum viable products (MVPs) and business websites for Australian small and medium businesses. Typical projects include booking and quoting systems, internal tools that replace spreadsheets, customer portals where clients log in to see their jobs and documents, marketplace platforms, and iOS and Android apps built alongside a web dashboard.

Every project starts with a written scope. For larger builds we run a short paid discovery workshop that maps out the features, users, integrations and launch plan. The cost of the workshop is credited to the project if it goes ahead. Once the scope is signed, the price is fixed, so there are no surprise invoices halfway through.

We work in two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you get a working version to review in your own client portal, along with a short summary of what was finished and what comes next.

After launch we offer a care plan that covers hosting, updates, security patches, backups and small improvements. We work with businesses across Melbourne and with remote clients anywhere in Australia by video call, by appointment only.
