Description

Elemental Health and Nutrition's website

I am Adelaide practitioner with a strong interest in methylation, MTHFR, nutrigenomics, and various other complexities. I am also very interested in holistic ways to optimise the way the body functions from a grass roots perspective. Power resides in having solid foundations. Optimising these aspects of our health, such as sleep, diet, exercise, and breathing, can help us achieve peak performance.
