Paul has some 13 Years Experience within the Electrical Contracting Industry on projects ranging in value from $50k to $8m. Paul started his electrical apprenticeship with family owned Boffa & Russo Electrical Contractors in 1999. The Russo name has long been synonymous with Quality, Professionalism and Excellence in the electrical industry within South Australia. Paul worked within the family owned and operated business through his four year apprenticeship and took on a Supervisory role after completion. Through his 11 years working with Boffa & Russo Electrical, Paul gained valuable experience in the areas of Project Management and Contracts Administration, culminating in his elevation to General Manager of the Solar Projects and Maintenance division. Paul's leadership skills and extensive project management capabilities ensure that ElectraSol can deliver exceptional quality Electrical and Solar Solutions to all their valued clients. Paul is well in tune with all requirements to lead a team with a positive approach and successful outcome. His effective programming and methodology skills are well known throughout the industry and include successful achievements over a diverse range of projects. Paul Posseses a Certificate IV in OH&S Management and a Diploma in Small Business Management further adding to his extensive skills base.
