Eddie Mullarkey building Solutions is owned and operated by Edward Mullarkey a fully licenced building contractor and accredited building inspection consultant with over fourty years building experience and twenty years inspection experience in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales. Background Edward has been a building contractor in jindabyne since 1974, trading as Eddie Mullarkey Constructions. In 1995 as jindabyne and the surrounding Snowy Mountains grew Edward formed the consulting branch of the business specialising in pre purchase building inspections. In 2005 the trading name changed to Eddie Mullarkey building Solutions to better reflect the building inspection work he carries out. Eddie Mullarkey building Solutions specialises in residential home and light commercial building inspection but also carries out a comprehensive range of general building works with an emphasis on remedial building. Edward understands the housing sector is one of continual change and as a licenced builder keeps abreast of new methods, products and legislation through the Continual Professional Development Program (CPD). Edward has the knowledge and experience to carry out a building inspection and assess the condition of any domestic or light commercial structure .
