ECTARC is a division of Illawarra Area Child Care Limited (IACC) and was established with the support of the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) to provide: accredited vocational training for those wishing to achieve qualifications quality upskilling/in-service workshops for those working in or with an interest in the early childhood/community services field dynamic, pro-active and responsive leadership in early childhood/community service training and research. ECTARC offers a range of qualifications and vocational training programs that are: nationally recognised based on nationally endorsed industry competency standards supported by qualified, vocational trainers accessible to all students not restricted by age or work experiences flexibly delivered IACC is a community owned organisation that also manages ten child care services in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas.
