Earth Sanctuary is situated in the beautiful Australian desert, outside of Alice Springs in Central Australia.
Established in 2000, Earth Sanctuary is one of Australia’s oldest, most innovative eco-tourism destinations and is a leader in sustainability education.
Earth Sanctuary offers day and night tours for young and old alike. Our ‘Earth’s Cool’ tours aimed specifically at school groups cover a guided walk through our display centre and exhibits and can be extended to include our incredible astronomy tour and cultural tour additions.

Earth Sanctuary’s ‘Lunch and Bush Tucker Tour’ based amidst the stunning surrounds of Quandong Homestead takes you on a journey through some of the most delicious traditional and local foods from the region.
Our delicious gourmet BBQ dinner and accompanying show entitled ‘Spirit of the Outback’ is designed to open your mind in the beautiful desert surrounds as the sun sets over the Eastern MacDonnell Ranges.
No visit to the outback would be complete without some stargazing, Earth Sanctuary also offers a guided tour of the desert night sky from the comfort of your very own swag.
