At Dymocks Rouse Hill we pride ourselves on the friendly and professional customer service provided by our knowledgeable and experienced staff. Lynne has been a bookseller for over 13 years and we have retained several of our key staff for this entire period. All our staff are passionate about books and reading, and love nothing more than to share that knowledge with our customers. In particular we carry a large range of childrens and educational titles, and our recommendations are much valued by our customers. While we cannot carry every title you may need in store we can order in most books either locally or from overseas sources, quickly and efficiently. We regularly host or co-host author events with the local libraries and find this a great opportunity for customers to meet their favourite authors (and celebrities!) face to face. We offer discounts for teachers and seniors, and encourage all customers to sign up for the terrific Booklovers Loyalty program.
