Don't trust them.... I have a very bad experience dealing with Dutton One Canberra. I have been told that tyres are new and have all car service history available. After I picked up the car on way back to Sydney on highway the car got out of control, I thought its due to high winds but after 2 days I had the same situation. I got the car inspected and found out that both front tyres were not road worthy, got cracks on tyre treads and some of them uprooted. I contacted John of Dutton Canberra and he said he can't do anything as they got the road worthy certificate from their own mechanic. There is a big question mark on integrity of their mchanic as well. After too many conversations/ emails they agree to replace the tyres but tried to make it difficult as you have to drop the car for inspection and pick up next day and drop again for change of tyres. After that they said we can only replace with chinese cheap brand if you want the same or similar existing brand you need to pay $400. Its ridiculous Also I am still waiting for service log book or details which was promised but not provided. I am going to lodge complaint with Fair Trading ACT.
