To this end we assist with : Install Training Breakdowns Preventative Maintenance Electrical Safety Testing As a 3rd party service organisation we are totally committed to medical and laboratory equipment manufacturers/suppliers and back up our field service work with a state of the art workshop . Our technical staff are backed up by our administration team, who monitor the Service Calls. Each Service Call is handled as follows : Manufacturer/Supplier is updated as required. Service Reports are invoice and passed on to the manufacturer/supplier on a weekly basis. Our administration staff assist our technical staff by managing parts inventory, including spare parts levels, stocktakes etc. They also track scheduled service and maintenance calls.
