Dshop = Dreadful quality, Dismal service. I ordered a TV cabinet/shelves and waited 10 days for them to arrive. When they arrived, they were dreadful. The 'wood' was squashed and buckled and had pieces of laminate coming off where it wasn't squashed and the assembly holes don't even align. The squashed and buckled product wasn't a transport issue. It was purely a manufacturing quality issue. I took pictures of the cabinet/shelves that clearly show the extent of the faulty product. They offered a 30% discount on the product. Otherwise I have to pay $50 or more for the (heavy) shelves to be sent back, with no guarantee of a refund. Even though it is clear that they are impossible to use as is. I want my $169 back including postage.
