I paid $3750 for a custom made waterbed with an agrred upton completion time of 3 weeks due to chronic back pain and the urgency for a new bed. From that point onwards I was always having to call the owner as they never called me to update me on delays etc. After 2 mmonths of back and forth the bed was still incomplete and I asked for a refund. I was told under no circumstances would they refund my money and then they blocked my number. I then went through Fair Trading to no avil. I ended up having to go through my bank for a cash back. If not for that I would have had to take them to court. These people are liars and have no conscience.
