I had a terrible experience. My 8 y.o. daughter had a surgery considered aesthetic by him, hence no Medicare or insurance coverage. The excision was completed by him and paid as private. The thing came back and she would have to do it over. That’s where the anti-professionalism appeared. Dr. Paul Meara informed he would guide her to a next doctor on public PCH. They wrote a letter to the doctor, not a conversation, not a phone call, just one email. They never checked if the message was received. The PCH doctor has no history of her treatment and she will have a second surgery without any handover from Paul Meara. I would say avoid him at any cost.
