Dr Doig Stephen, East Melbourne, VIC

An excellent orthopedic surgeon who I can highly recommend; I have had a full knee replacement and my husband has had a hip replacement. We have had no post-surgery issues and did not expect to; we are now both able to get on with our lives, playing golf and other sports with ease.

Mr Stephen Doig is a wonderful Orthopaedic surgeon, who did a fantastic knee replacement procedure on me at the Epworth Hospital. My wife did extensive research on the matter as it was really hard to decide on which surgeon to choose and with least out of pocket with Private Health Insurance. I also attended rehab which Mr Doig insists upon and i am really glad. 16 days after the operation i am now home and moving around with one crutch and limited pain medication. I cannot believe i can function so well only 2 and a half weeks in. The care at Epworth Richmond and at Brunswick Private was excellent and i highly recommend this amazing, humorous and excellent surgeon. Hopefully as the weeks progress i will to pain free functionality.
