Unfortunately didn’t get to see Dr Wagstaff as i cancelled my appointment after several non-returned phone calls to make an appointment then a very rude receptionist who ought to consider a role outside customer service. Lazy and arrogant practice.

Your right about receptionist, however unfortunately you didn't get to meet Amy who is very switched on and very caring, I have been a patient for some 8 years, always up to date with the latest new technology. I just get past that as Amy is worth visiting.
