Dr. Neoh is a disgrace to her profession and even as a human being. She is a predator of sorts. Be very careful if you know her on either a professional or person level. She is not to be trusted. Protect yourself and your children from her.

Poor service. Delayed reply. Dismissive engagement even when payment is demanded upfront. Expensive and unreliable. Speak to someone who enjoys their work. I was referred by her legal husbands colleague. Big mistake.
