*Medicare Rebates - available with a valid GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan under the Better Access to Mental Health program.
*Access To Allied Psychological Services (ATAPS) - If you are on a low income, you can see your GP for a referral to Dr. James Lucas through the ATAPS program. The ATAPS program is part of the North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network.
*Transport Accident Commission (TAC) - You are able to seek counselling with Dr. James Lucas through the TAC. Contact your TAC coordinator for pre-approval.
