Launched in 2014 by Dr. Carrie Nisbet, Bump & Bub provides specialised osteopathic care to pregnant women, babies and children. By relieving the aches and pains of pregnancy and providing a solution to many common health issues in children, optimum health can be achieved. I founded Bump & Bub after becoming a mother to three boys and experiencing firsthand the demands that multiple pregnancies place on a woman's body and health. There is nothing more rewarding than allowing a mother to experience the joys of pregnancy by removing her aches and pains through osteopathic treatment. At Bump & Bub I am also passionate about helping babies and children with their many health challenges, including reflux/colic, unsettled behaviour, feeding difficulties and tightness of the musculoskeletal system associated with birth or trauma. Severe colic suffered by one of my twins left me feeling sleep deprived and helpless. In my search for a solution to his endless crying, I discovered that osteopathic treatment was very beneficial in improving his symptoms. It makes me so happy to be able to help these children and their families live a happy and healthy life. Prior to establishing Bump & Bub, I worked in private practice in Geelong after graduating from RMIT with honours in 2004. I have also completed further studies in obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics and cranio-sacral osteopathy.
