Rachel Meikle - Coming from a background of Yoga teaching and Competitive Gymnastics she gained an excellent understanding of the human body prior to commencing study as an Osteopath. With a special interest in Obstetrics/post natal care, chronic pain and sports rehabilitation Rachel hopes to assist people to take steps towards better health. She takes seriously the Osteopathic concept that recognizes the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit and looks forward to working with you to achieve a greater level of wellbeing. Adam Matthews completed his studies at RMITUniversity. He has played basketball, football, water polo, and competed in swimming throughout his life. Adam has a background in coaching basketball and being a trainer for local soccer and football clubs. From this, he has developed a keen interest in sports related injury and prevention; and places a strong importance on exercise rehabilitation. Adam enjoys using a wide range of techniques and management strategies to address a variety of postural, acute and chronic injuries.
