Dolittles Pet Retreat, Ellen Grove, QLD

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! Poor services provided at Ellen Grove. This was my dogs 4th time here and the second time he has now come home without being washed prior to pick up. He was left wet and full of dirt and mud for 6+ days which has now led to a horrible skin infection that is spreading around his body. The Retreat admitted that he wasn't washed upon pick up and was only towel dried. 2 vet visits later, lots of medication and more vet visits to come, currently upto $600 out of pocket. They are not taking any responsibility to what has happened and dont believe they had a duty of care for him. This matter will be taken further, so please reconsider before sending your beloved babies here. Its most definitely not worth the pain and suffering to our animals.

Came back from Xmas holidays to find my cat gone. He had escaped from Dolittles Ellen Grove and has not been found to date. I had to hire a trap to try and catch the cat, but unfortunately it was a waste of time. He had long gone. Their facilities are way below par, broken latches on cages, broken doors and fences falling down. Don't leave your cat here unless you don't want it.
