DOC Espresso is a popular Italian restaurant in Carlton known for its friendly service, authentic Italian food, and excellent coffee. Many customers praise the restaurant for its inviting atmosphere, fresh pasta dishes, and extensive menu featuring genuine Italian flavors. However, some reviews mention issues with undercooked or overly salty dishes, lack of vegetarian options, and long wait times for food and drinks.
