Simply unimpressive. Unfriendly service, just ultra cold. Poor communication - failed to call me when my car was ready, leaving me to rush over to collect my car before they closed, with no apology offered. Hard to get through on the phones - took multiple calls each time. Nobody present in the workshop when I arrived on the weekend to drop off the car. No sign or note left at the counter and the phones just rang-out. Greeted with a solemn, cold, “yes?” by Dino, who finally showed up about 15mins later. Despite the above, the price was acceptable and work was completed within 24 hours of my initial call - the only positive aspects of my encounter. I went to these guys many years ago and had a good experience. They have very positive reviews online, so my experience came as a surprise. It appears to me that the owner has lost his passion and hence treated me like an inconvenience, rather than a customer. I was only polite, patient and friendly the entire time. Next time I need auto electrics work, I’ll venture further or pay more, if it means finding a business that treats me with professionalism, or at the very least, says hello when greeted. FYI, this is the first negative review I’ve ever left for a business.
