Diane Cross offers fun and creative music lessons for all ages, using breakthrough concepts and methods. She makes it easier to understand and learn the basic principles of music. She specializes in modern piano, and keyboard for children aged 4 years through to adults. Levels range from beginners to advanced, with modern exams available if desired in AMEB-CPM & ANZCA. Students may learn for fun or career goals. For pre-school children, (aged 2 to 5) Diane runs Kinder Beat classes, a fun modern rhythmic curriculum designed for Australian children. Sessions include song, movement, mime, dance, percussion playing, and elementary notation reading. For older students 5 to 8 years she runs World Music workshops, (after school hours) with songs and rhythms from around the world. She also coaches singing students of upper primary and teenage years in contemporary vocal styles, specializing in improvising, and creative methods of performance.
