TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Booked an appointment a week ago with laurie for a quick trim only to be told when i turned up that "jacinta" wasnt in, explained i booked with laurie but they obviously just wanted me gone. I received a very insincere and cold "sorry", just brushed off . Unproffesionel, down right mean and uncaring. Bad Karma for laurie for doing the wrong thing. I wouldnt take my dog there.
