Diamond finish car wash, Mascot, NSW

I am left now with damage to my car and am appalled at how I was treated and the customer service of this business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The MINI emblem on my wheel had scratches all over it that very obviously looked like grain/ sand scratches on the chrome. I noticed it as soon as I started driving away from the wash. I turned back to ask what had happened. Max who washed my car denied it and said it wasn’t them. He then became aggressive and was shouting at me. As a young female he used intimidation tactics which made me feel extremely threatened in the hopes I would just leave it. When I tried to discuss it further he kept denying it and was incredibly rude texting on his phone and kept walking away as I was speaking. I am very particular about my car and know it’s quirks and any imperfections. My wheel is very obvious and did not have this damage when I dropped the car off. MINI repairs cannot replace the emblem alone and said it will cost $1200 plus labour to replace the airbag and emblem. After finding this out I returned the next day in the hopes to discuss further but Max was again rude and acted in the same aggressive manner. I asked for a refund of the wash to at least go towards the cost of repairs and he refused to do this. I contacted the manager and have had no response. I do not recommend anyone to use this car wash because of the damage and awful customer service I experienced.
