DHL MOUNT WAVERLEY scammed the customer by conning the Details of a shipment done to look like a business commercial consignment. Do not trust the staff at MOUNT WAVERLEY VICTORIA, they are SCAMMERS... conning the public . The uneducated staff are not trained, and unskilled to do the job. From the manger, to the counter staff are cons.
Make sure customer record all calls and all interactions with DHL MOUNT WAVERLEY STAFF AND ALL DHL STAFF AT ANY CALL CENTER.
