They strongly encourage patients to publish reviews for "publicity", so here's mine. These guys are MASSIVE CROOKS. Avoid them if you want a proper, thorough dental visit, because the dentists here don't do cleans and won't tell you till you're in the chair. I booked the dentist and specifically stated I wanted a clean. They “conveniently” neglected to tell me until I sat down for my consultation that they don’t do cleans, but their hygienist will do it for a whopping $230 under a separate appointment. I have never met a dentist that doesn’t do cleans, let alone without informing the patient first? But since I was already there, I was still charged $110 for receiving no treatment, and the dentist spent all of 20 mins greedily quoting all sorts of figures for whitening ($1000), the hygienist ($230), night guards etc. After telling them I felt deceived for failing to tell me I wouldn’t get the clean I booked for, they finally offered a discounted price for the hygienist of $190. An absolute joke. I wonder how many other people they catch out on this “technicality”. There is no other dentist I know that milks money out of people like this. These people are greedy and dishonest and I would advise everyone to avoid this place. There are plenty of dentists with integrity elsewhere.
