They want to make things as difficult as possible for you. They openly lie about how cases "can't be taken back to court" when cases can be. They love finding any small reason to take more time away from the parents of the child and treat the carers like they are the parents. They are awful to work with, case was transferred and they didn't even look into or communicate with the last office about the case. They only want to keep children in care because that's less effort for them. This office is also disgustingly horrible handling their complaints. Multiple complaints and somehow it's "first attempt of resolution" every time. Oh and there's another case where they cut someone else's contacts because of lack of communication on their behalf. Narcissistic office, that's what they are. There needs to be an overhaul of these disgusting injustices and abuse of power.
