We take the finest local ingredients including Queensland qrown macadamias, Kensington Pride mangoes, Australian sugar and dairy. We add a lot of love and passion for what we do. Then we combine them using traditional methods handed down through four generations to create the very best gelato and sorbet. Our state of the art factory in Brisbane, Australia is one of the most sophisticated in the country, containing the very best imported Italian machinery. We use it to produce gelato and sorbets using the traditional artigianale methods used in European gelaterias - without the use of artificial pre-mixed bases. Because our gelato and sorbet is made from scratch using real ingredients it tastes like no other. The texture is dense and creamy. The flavour is intense. And after four generations of producing the finest gelato and sorbet we still get excited with every new batch we produce.
