Description
DSNSW is a non-profit agency which provides support services and programs for people who are Deaf, Deafblind and hard of hearing, and their families. Its vision is “Equity for deaf people”.
Services include individual support and referral, independent living skills training, Auslan (Australian Sign Language) interpreting, courses delivered in Auslan, Auslan courses, Employment Service, Deaf-friendly Families program, Deaf awareness training, Translation Service, Deaf Community development and support, advocacy and outreach to regional NSW.
The Deaf Society of NSW is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Disability Employment Service (DES) provider.
