Midway through the 2021 Covid lockdown in the ACT and NSW, we sought help from Davlin to secure the refinancing of our investment property loans. Our existing loans were about to mature and because of our age the provider was unwilling to consider refinancing the loans under the same repayment conditions of interest only. Our financial circumstances had not changed – but unfortunately our age had! Davlin staff took on the task with confidence and promptly began a lengthy process of investigations and negotiations. They provided us with regular updates and guided us carefully through the preparation of supporting documents and other actions required. A financial institution which would accept our situation was eventually identified. Within a short time we were surprised when presented with a markedly improved package of loans. A significantly lower interest only rate with an extended life of the loans was sourced and was well beyond what we had ever anticipated. For us, the increased positive cash flow in our retirement years is a big plus. Davlin did its best to ensure there were no outstanding requirements with the new or the old lender. Most importantly, they helped reduce personal stress and anxiety at a time when entering a bank to sign documents could have been a life threatening move. Fortunately there were minimal bumps in the loan application process but Davlin sorted those quickly.
