Dave brings 35 years experience in the building industry to the table. First commencing his career at 15, completing his trade certificate in Carpentry and Joinery. He gained a wealth of knowledge working with prestigious builders throughout the suburbs of Perth and the South West of Western Australia for over 25 years.

To satisfy his passion to succeed in the industry, Dave completed his Diploma of Building and Construction in the year 2000, accomplishing some challenging but rewarding builds, encompassing new homes, renovations and additions. Recognising the need to put back in the industry, as qualified trades are slowly diminishing, Dave has since completed his Certificate IV in Training and Assessing, lecturing the Diploma in Building and Construction for the Housing Industry Association.

David Holden Building Company also provides a building inspection service. After the inspection Dave will provide a written report on structural soundness, maintenance issues and Building Code compliance. He will also give recommendations for any issues found.
