Davids Timber is an Australian owned timber producer and wholesaler, specialising in timber products for the outdoor market. The company is a multi-award winning supplier and market leader. Our History. Founded by David and Maurice Efron in 1989, Davids Timber has become Victoria's major outdoor timber supplier and is now building a strong reputation nationally. In the early 1990's, the Efron's decided that treated timber was the future for the outdoor timber marketplace and set their vision to become a market leader in both timber supply and timber preservation. Our Facilities. Our world class state of the art treatment treatment, kiln drying facility and timber yard was developed by Davids Timber and is located on 5 1/2 acres, with all of our operations under the one roof. Many of the timber products produced by Davids Timber are supplied from the company owned sawmill located at Broadford, Victoria, as well as industry leading Radiata Pine sawmills located throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our Commitment. Davids Timber prides itself on the strength of its relationships internally and externally. We have a great team who are customer focused and have also built strong alliances with our suppliers. One of these key alliances is with Osmose, a world leading supplier to the timber preservation industry. We now supply products treated with CCA, ACQ, MicroPro and LOSP, for residential, commercial, government, parks and gardens and marine applications as well as offering "custom treatment" to the industry.
