Description
There has been a huge increase in the number of gyms and fitness studio’s opening up around Melbourne. This is a great thing in one respect, as it indicates that there is a big demand for new spaces for people to train. This means that there are more and more people out there looking to get fit, lose weight, improve their health and live a happier and healthier lifestyle. This increased demand for new training spaces is excellent news, however, there is dark side to the new movement.
