Darwin Yoga Space Celebrating 20 years in 2015 Our classes are for everybody! They appeal to men and women of all sizes and shapes and whether you are fit or unfit, young or not so young. It won't take long before you get stronger, more flexible, maybe loose some weight if you need to and improve your digestion, sleeping patterns and your ability to concentrate. Over time, yoga will help you respond to life circumstances from a more calm, positive and secure place. It will make you feel lighter all around and more content regardless of what is happening in your life. Yoga also has the potential to give you insights into how your mind works and to feel a quiet place within yourself, common to all. Carole Baillargeon founded Darwin Yoga Space in 1995. The school slowly evolved to become a popular and respected Darwin venue offering many classes a week by several teachers and Teacher Training. Students enjoy the beautiful, breezy premises and the view of a lush garden. We offer the following types of classes: Beginner, General, Experienced, Prenatal, Mums & Bubs, Kids, Teens, Privates and One on One Therapy.
