Terrible company. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After Electrolux gave the go ahead to fix our dishwasher, a tech came out and tested the appliance. He was extremely rude to my wife and gave her his opinion that I was a fool for diagnosing the issue myself.(I'm an electrician) He told my wife he would order the parts and be back to repair the washer. A week later another employee rang and told me that because I had the front cover off, and there was silicon around the pipes coming through the wall they would not fix the dishwasher. What a bunch of fools. Because I wanted to Vermont proof my kitchen they think it should void warranty for a blown main board. His response to how rude the first tech was because his second language is English and that's just how he his. If I ran my business like that I would go bust! Avoid Avoid Avoid!
