The sausages are good. However Dale is a cranky person, and if he gets mad he let's fly- and has no concern about people in his shop- that is , customers. Perhaps he doesn't like his job. Whatever the case he needs to understand that he's the face of his business, and if he can't control his temper, customers will walk away.
