Back in 2019, a older person with extensive disabillty work experience with no qualifications, I approached Daisy Learning as an RPL student. They didnt know what to do with me. I spent a long time getting references and proof of my previous involvement which was at local, State and Federal level, 36 pages of documents to be exact. Eventually Daisy arranged for me to learn with Richard each Friday as a RPL student. They neglected to include me into the First Aid & CPR training schedule and did the same with arranging work placement, then because of the Christmas season they postponed these arrangements. It was shambles. A normal 3-month study course took me a year to complete as the placement work only allowed me 15 hours' work per week. I appreciated Richard as a great trainer.
