Custom Strata Management was established in 2008 by Joanne Dunn. Joanne has 20 years’ experience in commercial leasing, residential property management and strata property management, and since forming Custom Strata has focussed solely on the management of strata schemes. The business is based in Perth's northern suburbs, and currently manages residential, commercial and mixed-use strata properties throughout the metropolitan area and Regional Western Australia. Joanne is assisted by her husband, Brad Dunn, who joined the business in late 2011 following a successful 20 year career with a large Bank working in corporate, commercial and property related finance. With Joanne’s specific strata experience and Brad’s broad knowledge of real estate and finance we have found Custom Strata is able to offer a unique perspective on the management of strata properties. This unique perspective, when combined with an attention to detail that can only be achieved when the owners of the business are also managing the portfolio, has proved to be a successful formula for providing an exceptional client experience.
