Cruise the Coorong, Goolwa, SA

Cruise the Coorong operates a day cruise into the Coorong National Park, Murray Mouth and Lower River Murray. The 6 and a half hour cruise leaves from the town of Goolwa and travels upstream on the Lower River Murray, past the Town of Clayton, viewing Lake Alexandrina and then passes through a hand operated lock in the Tauwitchere Barrage. Lunch is served at Cattle Point where passengers can go on a guided walk into Aboriginal Midden sites. The Cruise then stops at another guided walk site where bush tucker will be demonstrated and a stroll on the Southern Ocean Beach or dig for cockles. Cruise past the Murray Mouth up to the Goolwa Barrage where we get up close to New Zealand Fur Seals before returning to the Wharf.
