Crossfit Bayswater is a gym in Bayswater North, practicing the Crossfit methodology, also close to Melbourne's eastern suburbs of Boronia, Heathmont, Kilsyth, Lilydale, Montrose, Mooroolbark, Ringwood, Ferntree Gully, Vermont and Wantirna.
Crossfit Bayswater utilises Olympic weightlifting, free weights, kettle bells, gymnastics and callisthenics movements programmed to make you fitter, faster, stronger and healthier.
