Crivelli Fine Coffee is owned by the Knight family and run by Managing Director Debra Knight. It was purchased in 2008 from Dominic Crivelli, who has played a strong role in the Melbourne coffee industry over several decades. Crivelli has hundreds of customers in commercial, café, retail and restaurant segments across Australia, supplying everything from national chains, to your average corner deli. With 12 medals from the Sydney Royal Agricultural show, Crivelli is without doubt one of the most awarded coffee houses in Australia. It's what happens when Man, Machine and Coffee get together. In decades past, the focus was on the coffee product itself - the coffee bean. However, at Crivelli, our view is holistic: a great cup of coffee can only be created with a quality coffee product, a good machine and a skilled barista - and those three indispensable elements cannot be separated. We at Crivelli are a service company, servicing our clients' coffee needs - this might be in our roasting services, our machinery maintenance, or in our supported training programs. Crivelli does not compete on price, but on the quality of our products service offered, and on value for money.
