The Group : The Crema group is a family owned private company which is unique in this competitive construction industry. The business is a finely structured organization where the various parts are vertically structured in the vital components of: materials supply, manufacturing, construction of formwork, finished products and builders. This is in conjunction with the additional role of developer/investor. Each component of the group is also a free market player with the stand-alone independence to work and trade in its own business sector. Although this dual function structure is unique in the construction industry, the Crema group makes it work efficiently. This is a major input into the business’ strength of operation as the integrated operations enable full control of the various components - a winning feature which is passed onto our clients as a guaranteed package deal. The group employs over 140 people and is based in Port Melbourne and while most of the work is around the greater Melbourne area, projects are also undertaken around Victoria and in Queensland.
