Apart from 20 years of specific remuneration consultancy experience, with firms including CRA, KPMG, Cullen, Egan & Dell and RPC, Mr. Crichton has strong commercial skills having been an executive director of a major international property group and having worked as the Treasurer of US banking subsidiary.
