Elise O'Connor is a qualified nurse and phlebotomist who has completed a Graduate Certificate in Adult Sleep Science. She has firsthand knowledge of CPAP as her husband has been using it for several years. Elise saw a need to give customers in the Western district a choice of CPAP and is proud to be able to offer a dedicated service, which specializes in sleep apnoea. Elise's focus is on individual patient needs and encourages mask trials to obtain the most suitable fit for the best possible ongoing benefit. Kylie Falconer (CPAP Therapist and Manager) has 6 years of experience in dealing with CPAP. Kylie has a very empathetic nature and extremely high customer care so that all patients feel welcome and are cared for throughout their initiation to CPAP therapy and future care.
