We will accept a postal cheque order but flowers will not be delivered until payment is received. Your payment process will be transferred via a secure method. We do wet pack all our bouquets of flowers (ie water packed around stems at bottom) and/or the majority of our flowers are delivered in either ceramic containers vases or boxes which hold water. The Flower Merchant guarantees all flowers that are sent out from this shop are of the highest quality standard but if there are any queries we must be notified within 24 hours. We will endeavour to supply similar flowers and colours to our product range but some flowers are seasonal and will have to be substituted with other beautiful blooms that are in season.
