I had a desperately urgent job to finalise and rang Corkhill's late on Thursday afternoon to seek a mulch delivery early the following morning to a farm just outside of Canberra. Despite being told that they were totally flat out and booked out for the times I needed the delivery, the absolutely marvellous Linda went well above and beyond the call of duty and managed to find a way to help me.
