The house itself is positioned as such that it takes in a commanding view of the 285 acre property from the East facing front verandah, the absolute perfect spot to sit with an early morning cuppa and watch a glorious sunrise.
The Bed and Breakfast accommodation consists of four bedrooms, three of these being queen rooms, two with your own personal verandah access, and a twin room with two king single beds.
There is an open plan lounge and dining with views over the property and access to the verandah.
There are full tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and microwave.
There is a guest chill out area with wicker style lounge, electric outdoor heater and large gas BBQ.
Guests have access to the entire property, excluding of course the owners residence.
